Ding Feng Spiral Technology Co. Ltd. (Short for “DFS”) is a joint venture co-founded by Advanced Spiral Technology Pty Ltd. (Short for “AST”) in Australia and A.S.E Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in China. This is an expansion of AST’s oversea business which mainly focus on providing professional screw conveyor design service and sectional screw flights forming solutions.

Truhelix Flight Forming System

Truhelix Flight Forming System is the first Flight Forming Equipment by CNC system in the world. By controlling the mold position, angle and all kinds of material parameters like the elastic modulus, it makes the flight production become more precise, and improves the production efficiency and consistency. It could also produce special flights like tapered flight, canted flight and hollohelix flight, which has revolutionized the problem of low production efficiency, instable quality and high mold wearing in the flight industry. Thus the system has made the flight being applied more widely, and production becoming more convenient, opening up a new path for the development of the industry.

Now there are four models for our Truhelix Flight Forming system, which are Vulcan, Super Tyro, Tyro and Super Elan. Super Tyro is the most popular model, which has already been sold and well received in North America, South America, Europe, Africa and other countries and regions. Tyro was started being developed in 2015, and put into production in 2016, officially launched in 2017. It’s an optimized version based on the Super Tyro model, could meet the 70% production demand of flights in the market; Vulcan and Super Elan models are our new models under development, and are expected to be launched in the market in 2018.
